The first time around, I watched the dog's owner pick it up, and it took him over an hour. The second time around, when I had to do it myself, it took two hours. I had better things to do than pick up a mess that someone else's dog made in my yard, like get my ass to work so I could pay my rent. And before you go making more assumptions, I'm not talking trash that was left out on the porch for weeks on end in a bag, I'm talking one of those roller cans with the lid lying flat closed.
What was the difference with that dog scratching up your car versus the one cat walking on the hood that spared the dog's life but the cat gets killed?

I have raccoons that would get in the garbage can. A bungie cord on it takes care of that problem just fine. No need to kill anything and I never have to clean up after them.

Cinder, I do not doubt that you have put a lot of time, effort and money into your car. Not for a second. You have said that you are remorseful for unintentionally killing the cat and I assume that you have not had any problems since then and if you had you would handle it differently. Heck, you can get one of those car canopies for a couple hundred bucks at Costco and that would work fine. My son bought one that he is restoring his Jeep in. Keeps the cats out just fine.

And that is one sexy truck.

Also that's our sparkling clean shop it's parked in.

I don't make it a habit of shooting in a tightly packed city environment, and wouldn't except for a life or death scenario. I did use extremely colorful language and chased the dog on foot for the blocks though.

But swervin has a point. If you want to continue this, we can go to PM's.
