It has to be cherry concentrate. It's by the vitamins. I just took it for the first time last night for sleep (didn't really work great for that but I'm a bad sleeper.) However, my joints that normally hurt in the morning feel a little better. The kind I have has you mix two tablespoons of the concentrate with 5 ounces of water. I found it at Meijer. Not sure if you have those by you but I'm sure other places have it too. It's a natural anti-inflammatory.
