My Dad would never eat venison. I had tried for years to get him to even eat one bite just to taste it. Then one day we had been out just doing some plinking and wasting a day. We game home about lunch time and the wife and kids had gone somewhere. I pulled out a container full of sliced venison I had smoked the day before, and I pulled out some baloney and other lunch meat for him. I heated up my venison in the microwave and made a sandwich. To my surprise he did too, and after he had ate 4 sandwiches, and kept talking about how good it was. I said you know that was deer. He did not believe me until my wife came in and one of the kids ran to the table and said I want some deer. From then on when I fixed it he ate it.

my brother also locked my head in the cattle stalls
Do you mean he locked your head in the stanchion? Wow, he was a little mean wasn't he. My Dad would have killed me if I had done that to my lil sis. I take it you didn't rat him out

Haha, yes I couldn't remember what it was called. He's a lot nicer now that he's married married and has a little girl. I never ratted him out for anything.

I locked my sister who is seven years older than me in a old coke machine. It was just the shell and there were plenty of openings so there was no danger. I was about seven or eight and she was baby sitting me. Boy did I get in trouble
