Fathead, is that two little people on top of your hood, or is the alcohol getting to me? I can't zoom with my dumphone.
That would be bobble heads of the Hulk, Joker, and Wolverine! I have Iron Man, Captain America, and Darth Vader which hasn't made it up there yet!!

Cool, thanks. I switched from beer to wine, this stuff is a little goofy sometimes.

At least you have exhaust, my weld area (shared) is the only one in the building without it. And I'm union! B.s.

My labs eye color. His mom had papers as a yellow lab. His dad was a hit and run, so don't what exactly he is.

It was almost a five hour drive to get to it. Lejeune is a long way from anything resembling a mountain.

That was Pilot Mountain. It has something like a hundred established climbing routes. Everything from a five five (which is what that little girl climbed to get to that rock) and a few five fourteen Ds. But none are all that high. The longest established route is only a hundred and five feet. But when you're climbing a route that could be likened to a glass wall, five feet is a long way.

It was one of my best days. We drove up on a Friday after she got out of school, camped at the base of the "hill" then hiked through the woods off trail to the base of the climbing routes (IIRC the elevation change was somewhere in the neighborhood of sixteen hundred feet, then climbed that little thirty some foot, five five a few times (At six years old mind you) then she watched while I climbed one of the harder routes a little bit up the trail. A five eleven c with a chimney and roof. Then hiked the trail up to the parking area above the routes and hung out.

Finally after playing and exploring the trails for a while we hiked back down, camped again and drove home Sunday morning. In a very dark time in my life that day was full of light. She really helped me out.

That's beautiful, you're very fortunate to live in an area like that
