Should have been rebuilt. They rebuilt the white house, and look at the trash that's living there now. Tun Tavern is much more important.

I thought I'd try my hand at one of those panorama shots while down at our pond one day. This was taken from about mid point of the dam.

That thing you see up on the hill that looks like a guard tower, is actually the biggest deer blind you've ever seen (maybe). I'll take a close up pic of it one of these days and post it.

Getting ready to cut wheat. That's my Dad in the front. He's 77, fighting cancer and still working.

Thank him for the bread I eat. I mean that from the bottom of my heart. God Bless the American farmer.

Thank you man, I farmed with Dad for 30 years before I went into the oil biz, but I still help him cut wheat every year and anything else I can get away to do. He actually had to go down and get a treatment today, it makes him sicker than s*** and he just shrugs it off, he says: It's just something you got to go through.

+1

Men with such character and human spirit should be raised up on pedestals for all to bear witness. There was a time when this was more common, but they were no less of a hero then. In today's world we need to ALL be more like him and be humbled by his actions.

I pray for a his health and thank him for being him.

I just boat this boat, 14' monarch 3' beam with trailer for 70 bucks. Saved it from the scrapper, wifes uncle sold it to a friend of his who stockpiles aluminum and sells it when the prices are up. I bought it from his friend. Already got a trolling motor, deep cycle battery, life jackets, anchors and all my fishing gear. Just gotta get the boat and trailer licensed and get my launch permit for the boat. Also gotta rewire and paint the trailer.
