Wife works for Questar E&P, which is (or was, before the spin-off a few days ago) headquartered in SLC.
Indeed, not to be confused with Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, which is a very nice place as well and would be just perfect, if they would just build a damn Golden Corral Buffet restaurant here!

Golden Corral? There's more than enough bad food around here, why bring in more?

LOL...Hell, if I am gonna have to eat bad food, I at the very least, want several choices of several food groups to choose from and to fill up on, and at a decent price and not have to drive into Tulsa.

Not all of us can hang out and eat at the damn casinos.

Now back to the pictures, sorry for the hijack of the thread!

LOL re the casinos. The Indians figured out the best way to get even - take the White-eyes' money! Fwiw, I've been in Tulsa almost 9 years, and have not stepped into a casino here yet. Not because I'm opposed to gambling, but my one trip to Vegas showed me I like it WAY to much to allow myself to start close to home.

Here's some pictures to get back on topic. The fall color shot was made back in 1999 in West Virginia. I tweaked the color saturation just a bit, to moderate the harsh midday light.

The miniature horses were shot through a chainlink fence late on a spring day in 2009 as my wife and I were driving near Bristow, OK. The rancher has since moved the horsed to another pasture, and has two dromedary camels in this paddock.

It was 101 degrees today. I don't know what these squirrels were thinking.
