I don't think a cushy ride is what they had in mind with that model.

So, how's the car business? I sure see a bunch of paper tags in my neck of the woods.

I'm digging the car business, I really enjoy it, and I didn't expect to a bit. Now, yeah, a cushy ride isn't what they had in mind, but when they build the "luxury SUV" on the same frame and chassis, its an even worse ride. Plus, where's the power? Its a weak car.

They ride like a silk magic carpet. You know all about that don't you? Not to mention, the base model v6 will outrun any other v6 car in its class. Same with the v8 models. And it will do it in comfort.

The 60's-70's were the last of the "good" Caddies... Remember when Cadillac was "The standard of the world" and if something was the best, It was called the "Cadillac of"

Not these days...

I don't know...if I'm reading these websites correct:

2012 Charger- 0-60 6.5 secs.

2012 Mustang 0-60 5.9 secs.
http://www.autoblog.com/2012/01/18/2012-ford-mustang-v6-review/

....both V6 models. Are they considered the same class? I don't know.

Its hard for me to get an accurate 0-60 time, its hard to hit the gas without it losing traction. Mine has the 5.7 Hemi "with a few mods"

Yes and no. They are both sports cars, but the charger is more of a family/sport. A more comparable match would be a fusion or 500, IF they had a sport tuned suspension and handling. The only way the mustang beats it is because its so light. If it were the size, and had the equipment of the charger, it wouldn't come close.

What makes you say that? All things being equal:

3.6L Pentastar- 292 HP 260 ft lbs Torque
3.7L Duratec- 305 HP 285 ft lbs Torque

Fusion isn't any kind of High performance car. It's marketed as a efficiant/economical daily driver. The Taurus Limited or 500 as you call it is a will do 0-60 in 6.9, not bad....the Taurus SHO will do it in 5.2 secs.
