when i was born, i was brought home from the hospital in my dad's '70 GTO Judge, that was in '81. he later traded that for a Firebird with a worked up 455, which eventually got traded for a camaro, & so on & so on.

when i was in high school i asked him why he didn't keep any of those cars & he said "we never thought they'd be worth anything becuase everybody had one."

kinda makes you wonder about what we happily get rid of now. who knows, maybe some years down the road my northstar powered Cadillac might be worth some bucks.....though right now it's just a big pain in my ass

My latest drawing completed board with the family 400 miles away. It's a good time killer. first time I've used pencil and charcoal together though. I think it turned out okay.

Like your father, if we only knew what we know now, I'm sure we would have never sold those vehicles. Here some old photographs of my 67 GTO back in 1971 in Lone pine and the High Sierra's camping in California . .
