Nice chevelle. First really fast car I ever rode in was a '69 that my buddy had. It was brown primer, with a big block back then. Now it has a 327 that his brother (who builds racing motors for a living) built. Looks like this today....

Of course, he had to get the matching Camaro for the wife.....

I like the 69 too, it was the exact same body as the 68 except it had rear marker lights. I think my favorite year is still the 70, my next car will be a 69 GTO I think. Right now the Chevelle is taken apart in my garage. I did something to 3rd gear... Had nothing to do with racing. So I was going to rebuild the transmission, then I decided I wanted a 5 speed, then I decided to pull the engine and transmission... Now I'm restoring it. That's logical right? That's how my brain works.

That which does not kill me had better run pretty damn fast.

Sticks and stones may break my bones but hollow points expand on impact.

Whatever it takes...may as well do it right while it's torn down.

I like the '70 best also, but only because of the 454ci/425hp rat. My dream car is a ZL1 vette. Waaaaaay outta reach. But, I WILL have a nice '69 vette someday......

I didn't take this pic, but it was used with my camera...

Mob for Afghan deployment... (hence the blank adapters)

Nice! Mine has a tiny pole now but I never would have thought he would sit still for that.

He claimed he was in college and needed some money for the bookie, but I think we all know better.
My question is, why would you download such a photo? Get bored cleaning the park bathroom ?
