As for the tires, from the tread it looks like it was used somewhere covered with grass or pavement not in a field.... Maybe a old military one or something..... ?
It is a gas power, the mag and carb are missing though. That is a hand crank in the front. When did IH stop running gas engines? The road (using that term very loosely) was developed as a logging road originally, going back around 100 years up to as recently as the 1970. It was probably used for road grading. There ain't no grass anywhere around here. I mean lawns. No lawns around here.

Sounds like a great place to party. I mean who is going to fuk up a battleship?

Did they make you put down a damage deposit?

the wife and i spent the better part of a day on the USS Lexington last september at Corpus Christie. we enjoyed touring the ship and took lots of pictures of it. i highly recommend doing a tour of a carrier or battleship if you have the opportunity.

Cincinnati zoo tiger and roaches. I didn't take too many pics because I was running the cam corder. I recorded the snow leopard trying to attack my kid through the glass. It was doing its pattern of paceing when I started growling at it. It stood and looked for a few seconds, then beamed a line across the pen and did a flying burrito at my kid, who was against the glass. I thought she was gonna p!$$ herself! lmao!
