That would be great,I always enjoy seeing Utah and other western states off the beaten paths.

Thanks

I can't get my pic to post but I had an afternoon of shooting. My guns : 10/22, m&p 15 sport, lc9 , shield 9, mark 3, p345

My buddys guns: mini 14, judge, shield 40, glock 17, cobray uzi in 9mm

It was excellent. I did find out something though, I'm really not a fan of shooting my ar-15 anymore.

(The pics posted three times? I can't rotate it)

Hey limbkiller, do you have any snapper recipes other than soup? If so, would you share one or two?

After getting it out of its shell and ready to cook it can be tough. To make it more tender slow boil it for an hour or two. You can then deep fry it t 350-400 degrees as you would anything else. I like a mixture of corn meal and flour or straight corn meal. I like it spicy so use cayenne pepper instead of black pepper. Salt to taste and serve with corn on the cob, cole slaw, and fried hot banana peppers rolled in corn meal or onion rings. But that is just me.

Whoops forgot to add that this meal is great with an ICE cold beer or 10.

Here is a tip for frying foods. If you are gonna coat your meat with flour, corn meal etc.... spice the meat before applying your coating. Sometimes the coating can fall off in places and you lose the spices. After cooking try a small piece and then add whatever to taste.
