Yeah I know (and while i don't know about NM, Southern AZ & Northern AZ, are VASTLY different landscapes, and very precisely so), I'm saying I wouldn't take Southern AZ for free, though, haha.
I've lived here almost 25 years though, high temps makes me feel woozy & sick, and I've always been a water baby.

Plus I think most people end up hating or just wanting to leave their hometowns if they stay long enough. So I'm by no means unbiased. Tons of people love it here. They see beauty in the desert like I do of the ocean. Different strokes.

Made a trip to AZ once, went to Phoenix and I wasn't impressed, I do like Northern AZ though.

Went to a gun show across the bay today with my brother. It was our first. I scored this belt and holster for my Ruger Single Six and some ammo. FYI, the .22 mag was $17 for one box of 50 (CCI Maxi-Mag 22 WMR 40grn) and the 22 LR was $45 for a can of 325 rds (Federal 36grn copper plated hollow point). A lot of the used guns there were listed at or above new gun retail price. I did not purchase any guns You guys/gals think I got a descent deal on the ammo? The holster and belt was $100 together.

Don't know about the ammo but that's a nice looking rig.

That's pretty high for 22LR. I recall picking up a box of 500 last year for about $28. But if you don't have it and need it, your options are pretty limited.

Yep - wish I had one. Glad to hear about prices as I'm in a selling mood but I try not to be impulsive.

Oh yeah, Northern AZ is gorgeous. Tons of lakes, Sedona, forest, Flagstaff, Antelope Canyon...some really stunning natural marvels. Like I said, North & South AZ are different worlds completely.
