Gruene i sright outside of New Braunfels. we usually stay in New Braunfels when we are there and usually spend an entire day in Gruene. it's beautiful historical district now with lots of history. lots of really good places to eat as well. the Gristmill is where we ate the last time. we were seated in an area that allowed us a view overlooking the Quadalupe River. and the food was excellent.
