You must be kiddin' dango!
Back in my teens & 20's we'd go up to my buddies grandfather's cabin in Lycoming Co., along Pine Creek, we'd fish & hunt & drink & just generally raise some Cain.
One early Fall, I was headin' out to do some squirrel huntin' @ the cabin & there had been some high water the week before, and the creek had filled up alot of the side ditches, then subsided. As I was easin' along, a Northern Pike swam off from right in front of me in one of these side ditches. I almost instinctually swung on it with my 20 ga. and shot it on the fin. Took it home popped it in the oven and swore never to shoot any more N. Pike.
Here I thought I was the only Pennsyltuckian to have shot somethin' with fins and not feathers nor fur!
