I was looking at it like Trip is. Looks awkward and a little dangerous to me. Then again I am averse to looking down the barrel ummm, pretty much ever. I think the butt should be canted forward a ways maybe. I don't know of a comfortable draw where the gun is straight up-and-down like that. Then again I don't have that much experience in left-handed inverted cross-draw.
