You get use to it. Its a very dangerous job...... A friend of mine was killed a few years ago while working on an elevator. My wife just says shes better off not knowing the details of what I do day to day.

I can hardly get up two steps on a ladder. I could never do what you do.

Lol! You would be so surprised at how many people get hired on who are scared of heights, and say they didnt realize they would have to be high up. Guess I didnt realize they were looking for the elevators that went sideways.

sorry my opinion seems to offend others. if i can't express an opinion without all the flaming then i'll just keep my opinions to myself from now on.
I agree with everything except keeping your opinions to yourself. If you're offended you have the right to say so. If you being offended bothers someone else, they have the right to say so. Right to say so. It's not just a good idea, it's the law!

Had over 30 inches up here and didn't see a plow for three days. They were all stuck down town. Snow's still around melting a litle every day. Gett'n sick of winter - can't wait for some 50 degree weather.

What they call The Constitution State - Connecticut, more appropriately should be The State of Stupidity where the politicians believe every problem can be solved with a new tax and/or gun law.
