I just slipped on ice Saturday and instead of falling I caught myself. Sunday night it hurt a little and then today I couldn't stand up. A very boring story or I could make up an elaborate story if you guys would like!!!

Pulled out the old sexy beast.... Dang workout routine! The waist fits, my chest and shoulders are lots bigger than they used to be. Couldn't even come close to buttoning it. But the belt still fit fine.
