I didn't realize that law enforcement could use pictures and information for private use on websites like this...

I believe as long as there is no name of the accused associated with the pictures, it's just a little crack, pot, and cash.

If it said, "this is what John Smith of Miami Florida had in his passenger seat when I pulled him over last night"... Then yeah. That would probably at the very least violate an internal policy and possibly constitutional law.
