Saw a few M-14 bolts closed in boot camp on fingers of those who failed to qualify at the range

I had an M 14 most of my time in the corps - - - but had an M 1 in boot camp - - - the M 1 was the one that would get your fingers if you were slow as you loaded them with a stripper clip thru the top - - -the M 14 had a 20 round magazine and there was no need to have your fingers in the action.

I could have brought my M 14 home for $128.00 when I got out as they were transitioning to the M 16 then. But felt I could not afford to turn loose with about 25% of my total funds - - - in 20 / 20 hindsite I should have brought it home!

I hate to be a nerd but there is a video game coming out called Crysis 3 and one of your weapon choices is a bow that looks identical to that one. Nasty looking!
