Used my laser engraver to cut some high density foam and repurpose an aluminum briefcase.

For those of us without the fancy tools, soak the foam, freeze it, then use a electric carving knife to cut the shape you want. Let foam dry good and there you go, a perfect custom shape.

I can't imagine trying to sleep like that. Tripping, falling, or riding in a car, etc., could make ya a different person real quick. -Eeek-
