My,favorite as well. Very few people deep fry them but they are excellent !

Beer can method is also an idea, some guy on food channel had special tubes made to hold them. Old Bay n beer, couldn't get much easier. I like to butterfly them n crush breast bone so they lay flat, brine then blast cook at 500 degrees.
