Thanks, I use mine all the time year round, one of my favorite things is cornish hens, they turn out awesome. Hams with pineapples on them turn out extremely well also.

I love to cook, but I love grilling and smoking things the most, always turns out so juicy and moist, I'm hoping to take a turkey this spring or next fall and smoke it up. More teaser pics here's the 7 hour check up, one more hour then it will be done.
