One of the very few blades these old hands make anymore coming off my bench...this one was donated to our local Cancer Center fundraiser. Pretty much all my forgework goes to these foundations. Guns, anvils and helping to see little kids not be sick anymore is a pretty good hobby.

Beautiful blade! Don't even tell us you forged that damascas blade yourself. If so, you are incredibly talented, and must pass that talent to someone else.

I appreciate your kind words, Primer1.
I did forge it but I had help too..feather damascus is probably the hardest one there is to make. I just can't do it all alone anymore like the good ol days. I've taught a few how to forge and to shoot and they'll be the first ones to tell you it was a rough course...

I thought he was allowed in the house. It's good to see him inside and getting some cuddling, though. I love the swirl of fur on his neck.

That's my sister's dog, she's allowed in the house. She's a Blue Heeler.

My dog is an Australian shepherd Golden Retriever mix he's not allowed in the house because my Mom won't let him.
