You poor, poor soul. It must be unbearably tough to live under such oppression. My hat goes off to you my friend and I wish you all the luck in the world in dealing with laws that target the average citizen. God Bless!

Yeah can you imagine suddenly realising in the heat of the moment that you have to defend yourself, and then needing to take the time to think "now, is this guy armed? and if so, with what? Hmm, mustn't use an -improvised- weapon of a greater 'magnitude' than he has!"

So very stupid!

If they did that in Colorado I would probably end up killing one of my friends. I know a lot of people in law enforcement. Then again they are all smart enough not to come to my house!!!

Has anyone considered the fact that someone might not take the appropraite actions because they might think it is the cops breaking and not an actual intuder if this is what the pulblic is told. Might have some dire consequences.
