That picture though, is drop dead gorgeous. That makes me want to come out some time soon and go hiking there.
I live in Portsmouth Ohio and, well, some parts are pretty.
Some of the rock formations around here are rather beautiful. It is also very pretty here in the fall and spring. Summer, however, this place just turns into a green thicket. You can barely go hiking in most woods because of all of the foliage. Another bad thing is that when you are in the woods usually you get that traped feeling because stuff is every where. That's mainly because everyone has had their property logged in the past 30 years.
My pops place, however, hasn't been logged for 50 years or better, so the forest is mature. I spend more time in other peoples woods than in our own though. Mainly because it takes a while to drive out there.
