Darrin,

Gotta love those corgis, they think they are German Shepherd sized. Has Tanner tried "herding" the horses for you yet?

Default My last dog, (a beagle) was

Best suited as a guard dog as he would "erupt like an air raid siren" if a
stranger stepped on my property! He outlived my home mortgage by nearly
1.5 yrs, and my new one is proving to be even better! He is just as protective
of my home & has the added bonus of being a great hunting companion!
Goober was a dissapointment in the field, but a natural as a noisy guard dog.
Jethro, "is all that", & great in the field! He is just what I need as I have
passed middle-age, & need a better set of eyes & ears...& his nose helps a
lot as well! (The only downside to raising 3 pups to adulthood in my home)
is the fact that I will have to re-carpet the place! One of them had a knack
for finding the seams & shredding them!

Introducing O'Malley, my Kerry Blue terrier, in his Chevy van.

Since I was a child, I have shared my heart and home with several dogs and cats,
including a border collie, labrador, beagle, and Irish water spaniel....all very special...
but there is no dog as loyal, funny, or stubborn as this National Dog of Ireland.
He is my constant "ankle bracelet", here at my feet.
He doesn't like to be left out of any trip or adventure.

He loves horses too:
