Man, I haven't thought about that in a looonng time! It always happened when we brought more than one box of beer to the drive-in. You tended to forget things....sometimes drive off with the danged speaker still inside the car....

Thanks...brings back a lot of happy and simpler times.

Another bogey is the guy who browses thru the forum looking for excuses to put down the people who submit posts in all sincerity. They must think other people on the forum will believe they are superstar experts on a subject, or they are superpatriots, or whatever for running down the other guy. It really just makes them look like jerks who have to bolster their own sagging self esteem by belittling others.
Just because they accuse the other guy of being stupid does not make them a rocket scientist.

One of my pet peeves about late night walmart trips is when there's a 10 cart line at the only open register but there will b an employee standing there talking to the cashier, one walking around checking the other drawers(idk what for, their empty), and 3-4 standing over in customer service just talking. Maybe open a second lane guys? Lol

Buying a gun from Gunbroker that is supposed to be in perfect working order and then finding it needs a trip to the gunsmith on your first usage. Shattered hopes about a gun really really blow.

I never noticed if it would have happened.

I've only got a few.

The guy that pulls out in front of you in traffic....then slows down.
The guy that waves you on at a 4 way stop.
And the most recent....offering ammo online, then limiting it to 1 or 2 boxes, making the shipping cost more than a box of ammo.

You should be able to file a complaint on gunbroker about that.

I really hate it when people post run-on sentences with no capitalization, no punctuation and sprinkled with all sorts of text-isms. Then when you call them on it they come back with some smart-ass comment about "I didn't think it was important on a gun forum."

Seriously? Do you want to communicate, or not?

If you want to communicate with me, use proper grammar (or some resemblance thereof).

Well said, Slamming people instead of countering the argument is a sign of a combatant that has no teeth, just spit. I generally disconnect the second someone starts throwing poo patties in a battle of facts or deep thoughts. Some people are just really good at killing a conversation, all they have to do is open their mouths and its done. That makes them stupid, arrogant, asswipes, or as Back to BC would classify them, "A Schlogg of Foam with no visible means of support"...
