That's where I am, no surgery will actually fix anything. I get prescriptions but I don't take them often. I have enough bad habits as it is. I don't want any more.
I guess they could fuse everything. But then I couldn't have the mobility I have noiw. It hurts to bend most the time...But I can bend.

Guys in the gym who drop their weights. Unless you're on WSM, dropping your dumbbells just makes you look like a tool.

Control your weights people.

Sometimes I drop mine, but I'm the only one working out in my workout room.

I think that's acceptable. Your house your rules right? I don't even lift weights and I know that dropping weights is frowned upon.

Yeah. Haha. I've watched a lot of them. He's funny as hell but I hope that's just a character he's doing.

I don't lift weights but some of my friends do and they're always posting his stuff.

I workout early as in I just finished training legs and bi's this morning. Most of the AM staff is barely awake, or napping in the back office.

When you drop those hex head dumbbells it cracks the welds. I watched a 35lb dumbbell come a part on a guy. Luckily he didn't get hurt.

I almost always say something when I see guys dropping weights around. I have told guys to leave. I take my lifting more serious then most. Being that I am training for strongman competition, and no I am not some e thug or bad ass. Just a farm boy who finds a particular sense of enjoyment in lifting things up and putting them down.
