I have had some bad nightmares at Wally World, that will make you cry.

A very large women in a short dress, no shoes, nothing else decided to bend over in the main aisle. Bleach would not have worked for that moment in time.

Alpha1Victor :
If I am the " military basher " you refer to, please give specific examples of my allegedly bashing the military . Sometimes the printed word can be misunderstood . Sometimes I mis-state something . Without examples, I cannot clear anything up . I assure you that I do not dislike our military or intend any disrespect in my posts .

No sir, I wasn't referring to you. I posted that after I read a thread started by a member about bashing military members. I have cooled down since my last post.

No one is forced to shop at Wal-Mart.

I'll put up with a lot to get decent prices, and not have to support the "Mom & Pop" price scalpers.

well WalMart is able to buy in huge volumes of goods which gets them huge discounts that the Mom and Pop stores can't get, so yes many times their prices are higher, but not due to scalping like you suggest. many times if they even tried to sell merchandise at the same price point Walmart does, they would be selling it for less than they paid for it.

That's the point, Axxe.

We wouldn't have stainless 10-22s and Mini 14, or 30 round mags from Ruger if Sam Walton hadn't had the ability to turn the economic screws on Bill Ruger and his dinosaurs.

We wouldn't have "bulk packs" of centerfire ammo if not for Wal-Mart, Cabela's, Bass Pro shop etc.

These entrepreneurs built economic empires that had the clout to give us what we want, but don't individually have the economic muscle to demand.

And Wal-Mart alone provides decent paying jobs to 1,750,000 Americans.

Maybe they don't have a dress code for their customers, (would you really want them to?) but they have quality merchandise at good prices.
