"If you think you have done no wrong go to court"? Gotta call bullcrap on that one; ask an attorney how that can work out. For example, defending against a slip-n-fall lawsuit is often more expensive than a settlement (at least in the short term).

Anybody who blindly trusts his fate to the courts is a fool and deserves his sorry fate.
