That's great news! I bet your granddaughter and Toby will get along well. Awesome how quickly Toby figured out where "home" is.

As soon as Toby gets over his "shy" period, we all want to know whether the pilots let him sit up front and stick his head out the window on the flights...

He would also likely be going to work with me most days, if not everyday. The plant I work out of is about 3 acres, fully fenced, and safe with no chemicals on site other than regular household cleaners and insecticides. That shouldn't be a problem unless he can open padlocks with no key. If he can, I'll get him on tv.
Hey, maybe Winds can bring Toby to the Shoot & Hoot for you! He could stay in the crate while we're shooting so he won't drive Bobski crazy. Or board him for a day or two someplace nearby in case the hotel won't allow pets.

I was kinda thinking something along those lines, but maybe bringing Sue along to babysit the dog on the other side of the property. Assuming he's kid friendly and everything else would work out with the landlords and all. And we don't violate any range rules.

Great news to see he's made it to this leg in the story. Mad props to everyone that helped make this happen and UBER mad props to WOC for jumping through the plethora of hoops to get this all together.

Man I love this forum because things like this. It never stops amazing me how people here can come together and make things happen in a time of need.

I couldn't have done it without the support of so many members here on this forum. That's why I titled this thread "Our Toby is home". He belongs to all of us.

You should contact the airline about that lost tail...

It probably ended up in Des Moines or some crazy place!

I'm betting it's in Atlanta where he had a connecting flight.
