Toby is comfortable and well adjusted in his new home. He is now barking to protect his home and warn his humans. I'm so happy this all worked out.

Toby has learned something new. He plays soccer. My son threw a soccer ball out in the yard and and Toby went crazy. My son said he pushed the ball with his nose at a full speed run and every once in a while he'd tumble over the ball. I'm going to ask my son to get a video or two I can post here. I think Toby's loving his new home and his new humans.

You know Doc the other day I was reading a reply from a "professional" to a question about "What dog breeds are the best swimmers?", the "professional" gave out the standard best swimmers Labs, Newfies and so forth, they then announced you should take extra precautions with the Bulldog breeds as they tend to not swim very well and to especially be vigilant with the Olde English Bulldogs because they will sink to the bottom. The whole time I was reading the article I was thinking "They've never met DrFootball's Gator!"

Hahaha thats right!!! OEB's are one of only 2 Bully breeds that do swim!! the other being the Blue nose Pit... Gator has only one 4 legged friend,.a boxer named BARUCH(means "blessed" in Hebrew-nicknamed Boogie!) and when they have had play time together it's always at SLIDE ROCK ST. PARK....where the Oak Creek flows through the Verde Canyon towards the Verde River.....there is one spot thats about 6 ft,. deep....thats where the two of them hang out...

Here's Toby playing with a soccer ball. He's a happy dog and losing weight, too.

Yeah, it sure is. My son says he chases a child's big play ball better but he pops them pretty quick. LOL Those play balls have more bounce to them.
