I'll take a a stab at this job.

My disguise? Ninja Bike messenger. My tool of lethal destruction? Temple shot with a dart.

In urban environments bike messengers are a common site so I will not stand out. My angle of attack will be from a flank position. As the target makes his way through the urban environment I will plan my attack for when he crosses a street. Coming from a perpendicular direction, blending in with pedestrian and vehicular traffic I place 1 dart in his temple.

I immediately make a hard left/right (depending on the attack angle) and book it on out of there.

With each block passed I make alternating turns, coming upon a subway entrance I ditch the bike and head on into the underground. Upon entering the subway station I move to a poorly lit corner while donning some cover clothes - slacks and a button shirt.

I hop on the first subway car - heading in the direction I just came from. I take the subway past the attack point and exit, surfacing and making my way to the nearest bus stop. I ride the bus to the main terminal and then catch a train out of town.

Nice. Well done Dog. I like it, providing you can hit the guy with the dart. Question: Why not a poison dart in the neck, would that not be easier?

A nice out of the box solution. You guys are some crafty bastards.

Your costume is flawed. I see at least 6 problems with your disguise.
1. Your shoes have soles - no self respecting bum would have shoes with soles.
2. Your outer layers are not in tatters. I fail to see the minimum required 37 holes in your outer layers.
3. Not 1 of your carts 4 wheels is shoddely attached.
4. You are lacking the required urine stain down the front of your pants.
5. As evidenced by the lack of mirage in the photo, you have bathed/showered sometime post 2004.
6. Where is your home - aka cardboard chalet?

I am sorry sir, but you would be spotted for a plant a mile away.

I think.....

a sport recovery drink vendor station would work here. With one special bottle just for the target. Wait for call, watch for return of target. Set up just as returning from his run. Then start my "we're offering our drinks for free to test the market". Give a good drink to everyone who asks except the target, he gets the special one. Once he leaves I walk off with cart, dump it in an alley, drop my disguise and get away.

Time for another round of “How would you do it?” The Operational Planning/Executing game.

Scenario:

Present Day.

You are an "employee" of a large scale corporations' "woodshed". (A woodshed, for those not in the know, is a term used to describe a group of "operators" that are on 24 hour service to a corporation in much the same way the Secret Service is to the POTUS).

As part of an ongoing personnel selection operation for an upcoming mission, one of the key patsies is in Federal Holding at Pelican Bay, a super max out in the middle of nowhere. “Bing” it Bitches to see what I mean.

Your company is assembling a “sub team” to operate within a contained tier while your group handles the real “assignment” from outside, leaving the patsies’ team holding the bag. As such, you need one of the greatest B&E men to ever walk the planet.

Albert “The Monkey” McDougal has broken into just about every building having housed something of value, and broken out of just about every prison cell he has ever been assigned too. The man is a verifiable ghost and is known to perform feats that even have computers baffled in trying to recreate them.

Albert is in the middle of a 26 year sentence. He is 44 years old. No known medical conditions. I.Q. was measured in prison and tested well above average, bordering on genius even though there is no record of him finishing high school. He also has no known family, friends and has not received a visitor during his incarceration at Pelican. He has twice attempted escape, which is why he has his own dedicated cell with two full time video cameras that are hard wired and is allowed out into a covered exercise yard for 1hr a day, with two armed guards covering from on high, along with two guard escorts.

What you know:

No transfers of this prisoner are allowed unless cleared through the D.O.J.
  • You do not have this clearance.
  • The current head of Pelican Bay used to work for the D.O.J. and is on a first name basis with the Attorney General.
  • Time is of the essence because you need the sub team assembled, trained and willing to work together inside of 3 weeks time.

Retrieving Albert is the last piece of the puzzle for the sub team.

Albert is known to work alone and apparently trusts no one.

It is assumed if he is spring from his captors that he will make an attempt to escape from his new “employers”, possibly at the first chance he has outside of the walls of Pelican Bay.

Your employer has plans for that little annoyance once Albert is delivered to the training facility which is a warehouse in the middle of Colorado.
Your team is to retrieve Albert from Pelican Bay in such a way that you DO NOT make the news!

Killing guards will make the news.
Driving a truck through the gates will make the news. Landing a helicopter in the middle of the grounds and tear gassing everyone in an attempt to extract Albert by force is going to make the news. And the guy can probably fly a chopper, though that information is not in his file.

You get the idea.

Garbage, Laundry, Deliveries, Exports, all are searched with clear and concise job descriptions of the guards.
The guards are well paid, so therefore well motivated to perform their jobs with professionalism.
In edition, the current Warden in Charge of Pelican Bay boasts a ZERO escape record going on his 11th straight year, so finding a way to keep his mouth shut is a highly recommended operational task.

Killing him will make the news, as will his suddenly “not showing up for work” considering he lives on the grounds of the facility 48 weeks a year.

So, what do you do??

Poison Albert using some of the classic zombie-inducing drugs used in VooDoo. Kitchen workers usually have priviledges for visitation and such; recruit one of them to spike his food.

Does the prison use an in-house medical facility for overdoses or sudden "natural" deaths, or do they outsource to a local hospital? Either way, an EMT or two will have to be bought for the ride out.

Control of Albert could be maintained through the judicious use of the services of an appropriate VooDoo priestess (or a really twisted chemist).

All right I'll take the challenge. This one does seem a bit too easy though. First off I Googled Albert "the Monkey" McDougal and came up with this,

Name: inde1x.jpg
Views: 17
Size: 8.3 KB

Not what I was expecting but inconsequential to my plans none the less. Now that I know what the Monkey looks like I scour the globe and locate a doppelganger. Another query into Google's archives yields this person,

Name: imag2es.jpg
Views: 17
Size: 7.5 KB

Change the hair color and the two are close enough to pass. That or nobody will care about discrepancies as both are smoking hot and easy on the eyes.

So all that is need is this,

Name: index.jpg
Views: 19
Size: 10.6 KB

from this,

Name: images.jpg
Views: 16
Size: 7.0 KB

and presto chango, the Monkey is replaced with a look a like and nobody is the wiser. As for Ms McDougal trying to escape from her employer, I doubt she would get very far in space.

Once again, victory is mine!
