Open carry at 16!!
I read somewhere that in VT 16 year olds can open carry with parental permision, is this true? What do ya'll think about it?

I think 16 is a bit young. But I also feel kids should learn to drive well before they're old enough to get a license so they know what the hell they're doing when they finally get turned loose behind the wheel, so the same circumstances could apply with guns I guess. I was allowed to carry a .22 pistol camping on my own at 12. I've had exactly one ND/AD in my life.

Didnt finish, we were out driving in the pasture lookin for yotes he had his 22 mag next to him, somehow he ended up shootin it in the truck hittin me in the right foot, damn it burned like hell, we were 15 at the time
