Online Savings Thread?
Has this ever been tried here before?

A couple other forums I visit often have members that post promotional codes for various vendors, when they receive sales fliers, "preferred member" emails, word of mouth, etc.

For example - I just received one for MidwayUSA for 10-20-30 dollars off, on retail purchases.

To receive your Savings:

1. Place regularly priced in-stock products in your shopping cart totaling:
$100 or more - Use Promotion Code 121010
$200 or more - Use Promotion Code 221010
$300 or more - Use Promotion Code 321010
Enter the promotion code in the box entitled "Promotion Code" on the shopping cart page.

2. You will see the discount on the Confirmation page before placing your order.

3. Remember, this promotion code is valid for orders placed on

4. Limited to one per Customer and one promotion code per retail order.

5. Offer cannot be combined with Birthday, Special or Dealer Pricing.

6. Offer not valid on MidwayUSA Gift Certificates, Nightforce, Sale and Clearance products.

7. Offer valid on regularly priced products only.

8. Hurry, offer ends at 11:59 PM CT October 26, 2010.

I don't have a code but just found out about a website like for hunters and sportmen. Here is the link

They have some good deals.

Nitrox, I was thinking more of discount codes you can use on anything you may want to order, rather that single items that are chosen to be offered to you.

Some time ago I placed a sizable order with a company after I discovered a 20% off code for your entire order posted on another forum. That instantly knocked off a butt load of money from my order total. :D

I thought if members receive these types of offers, it would help the rest of us if they pass them along...

Just a thought.

Gotcha. When I get some discount codes, I will pass them along.

This is an excellent idea. I visit occasionally. The "deals" are hit or miss, but right now there is a deal to get a free years subscription to Maxim magazine . . . . . . . . just sayin.
