Default One tough Marine

A big Semper Fi for this Marine!

Damn good survival training right there.

Ironically, them cigarettes will probably be the one thing that eventually brings him down. Carry on Marine!

I read the topic and thought - that was a stupid statement, I haven't met a Marine that wasn't tough. Then I read the story... LOL

One lucky man, Marine or not. I would like to know some more information about the supposed "sniper" and the round in question. Because if this guy got hit in the head with an AK round and was 'fine' with some field bandages and a smoke, I would have to believe he was at more of the extreme range of that particular projectile. Very lucky.

But, another good story for the good guys!!

The full article stated that it was a 7.62x54 round that he got hit with. But any way you look at it:
Tough = you betcha!
Lucky = you better believe it!
