What you guys don't keep your electronic safes in a Faraday cage?

Although I try to stay well grounded, it doesn't include my house. I did put a metal roof on, ya think that'll do it?

Read it, and liked it alot. Fantastic book that covers alot of questions and areas other books of this nature dont cover.

i was very surprised with it! I am not a big reader... but i got this book and had it read in just over two days.

A instructor of mine told me about it. He developed nuclear weapons for a living and knew just how scary this truly is.

I've read it, and it shook me up a bit.

It's one of the more realistic SHTF books available.

It hit me pretty hard, I am going to make up a go-kit because of it. And keep a large stock of .22 ammo on hand (2-3k rounds). I also will make sure to keep a good bulk of shotgun shells on hand now to.

I did not think of this to much before, and in no way expect something like this to happen anytime soon... but I want to have some preparation for whatever may occur. Even if we get hit by a bad storm we may be out of power for a week or two, that is enough to cause a lot of problems.

I am unfamiliar with this book (up til now) but I did buy the last woodburner safe they had at Boondocks while my BIL bought a keypad model.
