Took the people over at TFL half a page of posts to figure out it was fake. Glad I spent 99% of my time here.

How? They were safe and never fired with someone down range. It was an edit job like everything on tv nowadays.

I really don't see it as bad on gun owners. These guys do show some mad editing skills though.

The only unsafe part was placing an explosive on some dudes head.

Unfortunately, most won't see it that way. They will believe it, i've gotten this in email from buddies that believed it to be real!!

Looks like about 100 yards. What's the big deal? I'd trust some of you to hit dead-center on a target of that size at 100 yards.

I wouldn't.

A .50 caliber round is barely stable at 100 yards. That is why it's designed to shoot at greater than 1000 yards.
