I worked for Oklahoma DOC for quite a while and ive handled alot of razor wire.ill tell you,that stuff IS NOT easy to work with,it may look easy to cut but is far from it.

Yeah...I work in manufacturing. We used to have a "barbed tape" product that we manufactured and then sold to distributors. Like MrWray here says....that stuff ain't no joke.
