Default NY has a new gun owner

About a year and a half ago I started bringing my dad when I went shooting with my friends and sunday he bought his own gun!
He hadn't been shooting since he was a kid (other than the little he did in the navy) and never even thought about it untill I asked if he wanted to go.
In our last conversation we talked about bringing my nephew with us.
..............and the wifes been hinting around about going.

That's great news. Glad to hear you and your family can enjoy a common activity.

Nice Fly,
Great to hear you got Dad into shooting.
Already asked but what did Dad buy?

Way to go Fly!!! As a fellow NY'er I thank you. We all need to do our part and get people involed in shooting.
Great memories and great conversations will result when you get Dad and Son on the range.
I have been in gun and archery ranges my whole life (actually it is more than possible that I was conceived at a gun club). Some of my fondest memories and best times involved my Dad and I at the range.
Life is short so shoot often!!!

Wonderful! Shooting is a great family sport.
