No ruling yet on the Oregon teacher who took the school district to court over her gun rights. The arguments were heard Oct. 11th, where the judge appeared to rule on motions favorable to the teacher, Shirley Katz. The judge said he would post his ruling on the court’s web page “forthwith” whatever that means.
