Seriously dude, if you are in poor health the first place you need to make change is your diet. Stop drinking that corn sugar poison drink. Yes, I mean Coca Cola, Pepsi, or anything like it. Read the labels on what you eat. If there are unpronounceable ingredients you shouldn't eat it. That sort of thing. Don't eat fast food. It is poison.
Do that for yourself.

Well, I'm not in that bad of health, just a little on the chunky side. I have been slowly changing my diet though. I usually cook something healthy or at least eat healthier fast food like subway. I am going to lay off the soda big time now though, and start hitting the weights a little more. Hopefully, I'll have that 50 lbs off soon.
