Nothing new here, both are over 5 years old. The Medic Alert bracelet was done at a local shop in 2005, and was inspired by working on an exhaust system on a rusty car. i keep snagging my bracelet so I took it off, and laid it on the tool box. It then dawn on me that if something went wrong, no one but a family member would know I am diabetic. It was done on the 15th anniversary of my diagnosis.
The fox on my arm was done on July 23, 2004, one year to the day after my mother passed. It and the bracelet were both done at the tattoo parlor that opened up in her old shop. It is a tribute to her, and is the last piece added to the fox collection started by my parents in 1975. I still have the fox that started their collection as well.
Is it better to do the right thing for the wrong reason, or to do the wrong thing for the right reason? If you do the wrong thing for the right reason, is it still the wrong thing?
Si vis pacem para bellum.
There are two ways of doing something. Right and again.
If you can't be good, be great at it.
