My son got your avatar tattooed on his right arm! We are both huge "Dark Tower" fans and it makes a great tat.

Nice but damn! That had to hurt a lot! Ribs/side are one of the most tender tat spots.

As long as you don't bring up tattoos, buzzards or penises that side of him doesn't come out.

I remember his son (who is also a Marine) telling me about after his dad had had a double hernia repair done and the kid walked in and saw dad sitting in his armchair with his legs up and still groggy from the anesthesia and he said "Dad, I never thought I would see the day when I could kick your ass!"

Dad lunged out of the chair, grabbed the kid by his junk and threw him backwards out of the room, hobbled back to his chair, sat down and said "You still haven't. Now go get the car because we have to go back to the hospital."

Worked witha guy for years and became friends. He got into the tattooing deal and gave me my first dragon in his kitchen. Almost ten years down the road he had left the boatbuilding dealy and opened up himself a local shop. My GF went to get her 1st one done and asked if he could see the ol'dragon hed done 10years prior.

Needless to say he knew he had improved and wasnt happy with his older stuff. Gave me the 2nd dragon for tips. And i let him do his thing. It was a huuuge cover up.
