I watched my LES when the AF introduced the PT gear and advised us that we will be getting that plus up in the annual to cover the purchase of the PT gear. Never happen in 06, 07, 08 was an extra 60 bucks! and when back down in 09. The PT gear (Jacket and pants only) was not worth the $80 plus dollars.

The new shorts without the reflective gear does make the noise and material is smoother; however, a former co-worker at the gym advised the fit is still the same (tight or loose).

A least in retirement, you do not have to wear that to the on-base gym!

They are very nice and comfortable....they are also designed to never be ironed or creased as they are Working Uniforms.

I'm wearing one now and let me tell you it was a smart idea compared to the Janitor Uniforms.

Now what I don't like is the new NSUs....they got rid of the White Service Blue Service.

We call them the Peanut Butters.
