Hell I might as well use a grenade as these "devastating" bullets that way I can bypass the whole middle man (the gun) and have all the fun myself

Airsoft? I might have missed these because I grew out of toys when I was a kid. Not really into "let's play army".

Default I think you're close,

these look like the unobtanium rounds. They're an absolute necessity for Zombie hunting.

Each round contains a band of Mexican immigrants who will chop your car, mistreat your sister, and take your job for half the pay. Truly devastating. I'd pay $15 for six of them

I've heard of those. I think they're called Amnesty Rounds. At first cost, they sound reasonable, but the long term devistation is priceless.

Only rounds I have ever seen that would be truly called "devastating" were the special munitions for 155 mm Howitzer, and the 240 mm cannon. Oh, and one for a weapon called the "Davy Crockett". Anything that has a yield measured in kilotons is truly "devastating".
Nope. You're thinking of the Illudium Q-36 Explosive Space Modulator (ESM)

Bullets are for noobs anyway. Get a Phase Plasma Rifle (40 watt range). Good penetration, and cooks the meat along the way too.
