I am sorry, but Obama is not "my" president......he may be "the" president, but he does not share (or support) any of my core beliefs or values.
These beliefs and values include, being a strong conservative politically and economically, being strong on national (and personal) defence, believeing in self-reliance over government hand-outs, and most importantly of all a steadfast belief in the Constitution of the United States of America.
Obama is an unabashed socialist, who would forever change this country into the socialist european image. Obama does not respect, or believe in the Constitution, he wants a pure socialist democracy, he does not want the Republic to stand as it was founded.
I agree Bush lost it in his last term and started (with a great deal of help from the members of Congress) this economic mess. I agree McCain was a true war hero, but may not have been the ideal choice for president....however, he would have been a much safer choice for this country, and would have at least respected the Constitution and worked to preserve the Republic and keep the citizens of this country safe. I for one had no problem with Palin...she at least was an honest person who was not a a corrupt DC insider.
