You homos need to lighten up and take a joke.

Can't steer a boat... can't take a joke.....

Can't even ask... can't even tell.

So, sailors die in service to their country and you make gay jokes about sailors. That is a new low.

My joke was in response to locotus comment.

I've buried my share of friends, shipmates and classmates who died at sea.

Go snowflake somewhere else.

Again there will be a lot of careers ruined. The Old Man is toast, regardless of what happened, The OOD, and nearly everyone else on radar watch, or deck watch are in for a bad time. Naval boards of inquiry take no excuses and leave no prisoners.
As it should be!

I won't criticize our Military.
At Ft Eustis, the whole area, we saw them training basic manuevering and, rom what a Friend went through and a Cousin who attended the Naval Academy, training was very thorough .There was no sleeping at the switch.
The modernization since 70 I'm sure involves a lot o electronics and military GPS etc.
Those Driverless cars come to mind.
Apparently no one saw the tanker including electronics.

Your post was pathetic on many levels and disrespectful to all sailors, especially the ones to died in the tragedy, with homophobic jokes. You disrespected my service and the service of every other serving sailor and every Navy veteran. Do you also have some 911 or some holocaust jokes you would like to share with us? Your "humor" says a lot about what kind of person you are.

There was nothing disrespectful of our military in Mosin's post.
