Pretty cool show on right now on National Geographic channel on armored vehicles.

Thanks for the heads up ... it appears that I don not get NatGeo with my cable.

I was just watching that! Pretty interesting. Lots if info on the levels of armor, from very basic to AP .30-06. Wonder how a .50 stacks up against level 10? They didn't go into too much detail, so watching the show will not enable you to armor your Stratus, but interesting none the less.

Definitely a fun show. Talked about what it takes to armor a stock car. Ballistic testing on the armoring plates. Special training to operate the car. Some "science fiction" type of things that might happen in the future.
