The one ID'd as a racoon is a different critter than the one pictured. This Chupacabra certainly looks dog like. The "racoon" one was much thicker and washed up on shore (like Natalie Wood).

^^^ My sister's ugly dog. The mohawk is natural & the teeth are pretty close to the chupa, but the dog does have some hair.
